Constitution / Formation of the DAB
The Departmental Advisory Board (DAB) for the MBA department is constituted to provide strategic academic and industry guidance for the continuous improvement of the department, aligning with institutional goals and global business standards.

Reporting To: Principal, NRCM
Frequency of Meetings: Twice a year

To bridge the gap between academic delivery and industry expectations by guiding the MBA department toward excellence in management education and research.
Mission of the DAB
- To advise on curriculum enhancement, innovation, and pedagogy aligned with industry trends.
- To support student development through training, mentoring, and internships.
- To ensure continuous quality improvement in academic and professional outcomes.
Objectives of the DAB
- Align the department's academic activities with market and industry demands by NRCM MBA Students.
- To promote faculty and student development through industry collaborations.
- To support the enhancement of teaching and learning methodologies and research.
- To provide recommendations for improving employability and entrepreneurship.
- Facilitate industry visits, expert lectures, and collaborative projects.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes, including NBA/NAAC requirements.
