REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

• Atleast one author must register with full author registration and present the selected paper at ICETET-2023, in order for the paper to be considered for inclusion in proceedings and SCOPUS journal.

• Each registration is meant for one (01) participant to attend the conference only, co-authors who are also participating in the conference will need to register separately under appropriate registration category.

• One author registration covers only one paper.

• You have to submit the required fees as per the above table and fill the registration form after the payment.

• For any registration category, no refunds will be made in any case.

• Registration fees of all categories include a Registration Kit, Presentation slot, Refreshments (Morning and Evening), Lunch and Certificate.

• If the registration is done by the faculty member, then student author can present the paper but if the registration is done by the student author then faculty member can’t present the paper.

• The regular fee will be charged upto 6 pages and after that additional fee will be charged per page.

• Registered members are asked to intimate about the registration immediately.

• After completion of registration fee process, participant is required to send the scan copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us on or before the last date of registration.

• Any modification in the paper will be not accepted after the final submission date.

• After completion of registration fee process, participant is required to send the scanned copy of full paper.
